Unique “cantina” or cellar space in the heart of the historic center of Spello, Umbria. This property was in need of remodeling as the structural works were already carried out. The goal was to transform this property into a functional 1-bedroom unit.

Indoor works: exposed stone on walls, and exposed vaulted ceilings, handmade cotto floors, new wood windows and antique doors, new plumbing, underfloor heating and electrics, dehumidifying system, 1 new bathroom with shower and handmade kitchen with apron sink and Smeg 1950’s style appliances.
